บริษัท อีแวนเต้ จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2568 โดยมีสำนักงานใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ในเขตราชเทวี กรุงเทพมหานคร บริษัทฯ จัดตั้งขึ้นโดย บริษัท ซินเนอร์เจติค ออโต้ เพอร์ฟอร์มานซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อขยายธุรกิจเข้าสู่ตลาดยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าเชิงพาณิชย์ (Commercial Electric Vehicles: EV) ในประเทศไทย

บริษัทฯ ดำเนินธุรกิจในฐานะผู้จัดจำหน่ายรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าเชิงพาณิชย์ภายใต้แบรนด์ MAXUS ของประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นทางการ โดยร่วมมือกับ SAIC Motor เพื่อส่งมอบโซลูชันด้านยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าที่มีคุณภาพ รองรับความต้องการของภาคธุรกิจในยุคพลังงานสะอาด

บริษัทฯ ได้เปิดโชว์รูมแห่งแรกในเดือนกันยายน และมีแผนขยายเป็น 3 สาขาภายในปี พ.ศ. 2569 และขยายเพิ่มเติมเป็น 12 สาขาทั่วประเทศภายในช่วงครึ่งแรกของปี พ.ศ. 2570 เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการให้บริการและครอบคลุมพื้นที่ทั่วประเทศ
